康莱特注射液灌注治疗晚期肺癌患者胸水的效果

Clinical efficacy of Kanglaite injection therapy in advanced lung cancer patients with pleural fluid infusion

目的探讨康莱特注射液胸腔灌注治疗晚期肺癌胸水患者的效果。方法 2010年3月至2014年7月收治的58例肺癌晚期患者,采用掷硬币法随机分为康莱特组(32例)和对照组(26例),康莱特组患者采用康莱特注射液胸腔灌注进行治疗,对照组患者采用顺铂治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应。结果康莱特组患者完全缓解(CR)、部分缓解(PR)、疾病稳定(SD)+疾病进展(PD)分别为7例(21.9%)、17例(53.1%)和8例(25.0%),总有效率75.0%。顺铂组患者的CR、PR、SD+PD分别为4例(15.4%)、11例(42.3%)和11例(42.3%),总有效率为57.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B超定量评估胸水治疗前组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后康莱特组患者胸水[(968±383.1)ml]低于对照组[(1157±425.5)ml],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康莱特组不良反应率为34.4%,低于对照组的88.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康莱特注射液灌注治疗晚期肺癌胸水患者的效果优于顺铂治疗效果,且不良反应轻。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kanglaite injection therapy in advanced lung cancer patients with pleural fluid infusion. Methods Between March 2012 and July 2014, 58 ad- vanced lung cancer patients with pteural fluid infusion accepting treatment in Yangtze River Shipping Gener- al Hospital were divided into 2 groups： Experimental group （32 cases） and control group （26 cases）. The patients in the experimental group received Kanglaite injection priming, and those in the control group re- ceived cis-platinum treatment. The curative effect and adverse reaction were compared between two groups. Results Complete response （CR）, partial response （PR）, stable disease （SD） ＋ progressive disease （PD）, total effective rate of Kanglaite group were 7 （21.9%）, 17 （53.1%）, 8 （25.0%）, 16 （57.7%）, with those of control group were 4 （15.4%）, 11 （42. 3% ）, 11 （42. 3% ）, 15 （57. 7% ）, with significant diffrence （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, hydrothorax volume of Kanglaite group [ （968 ± 383. 1 ） ml ] was evaluated by B ultrasonic, and was lower than control group [ （ 1157 ± 425.5 ） ml ] , with significant diffrence （P 〈 0.05 ）. Adverse reaction rate of Kanglaite group （34.4%） was lower than control group （88. 5% ） （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Compared with eis-platinum, Kanglaite injection was more ef- fective on reducing hydrothorax of patients with advanced lung cancer, and had less adverse reaction.
