护理干预对原发性肝癌患者围手术期情绪及预后质量的影响

Influence of nursing intervention on peri-operative mood and prognosis quality for patients with primary liver cancer

目的探讨护理干预对原发性肝癌患者围手术期情绪及预后质量的影响。方法 120例原发性肝癌患者均接受肝肿瘤切除术治疗,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(护理干预),每组60例,根据Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)观察和比较两组患者干预前后SAS评分、SDS评分、生存质量评分以及术后感染情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者干预后SAS评分、SDS评分均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后生存质量评分均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后感染率显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效的护理干预能够改善原发性肝癌患者围手术期的负面情绪,提高患者的预后生存质量。

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on peri-operative mood and prognosis quality for patients with primary liver cancer. Methods The 120 patients with primary liver cancer treated by liver tumor resection were randomized into the control group （routine nursing） and the ob- servation group （nursing intervention）, 60 patients per group. According to the Zung self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） , the SAS scores and SDS scores on pre- and post-inter- vention, life quality scores and the postoperative infection in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the SAS scores and SDS scores were significantly decreased on post-intervention in the observation group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; compared with the control group, the life quality scores were obviously increased on post-intervention in the observation group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; compared with the control group, the incidence of postoperative infection was significantly reduced in the observation group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The effective nursing intervention can improve the negative emotions for pa- tients with primary liver cancer and increase the patients＇ prognosis quality.
