摘要
本文对大功率发电机高速滑环电刷在使用过程中存在的并联电刷电流分布异常不均现象及其解决措施做了简要的介绍和分析评价,指出了只有采用多孔电刷才能从根本上解决这一问题。同时论述了多孔电刷的制造方法和过程。
By analyzing the phenomenon of air cushion during the use in high speed slip ring of high-power electric generators, the cause of current uneven distribution among the parallel carbon brush was found out. The method using the porous carbon to solute the problem was offered.
