摘要
目的观察白藜芦醇诱导人宫颈癌Hela细胞P53和Bcl-2蛋白表达。方法采用免疫组化检测P53和Bcl-2表达变化。结果在白藜芦醇的浓度大于25μmol/L处理Hela细胞24小时后,P53蛋白表达显著增高,Bcl-2蛋白表达明显下降。结论白藜芦醇对人宫颈癌Hela细胞的凋亡的分子机制可能与P53蛋白表达的上调和Bcl-2蛋白表达的下调有关。
Objective:observe the expression of P53 and Bcl-2 proteins of human cervical carcinoma Hela cells when it was treated by resveratrolcell. Methods:To be detected the expression of P53 and Bcl-2 proteins by immunohistochemical staining. Results:When Hela cells was treated with often 24 hours and more than 25μmol/L concentration resveratrol,the upregulating expression of P53 and down-regulating expression of Bcl-2 proteins were detected by immunohi stochemical staining. Conclusion:Resveratrol could promote apoptosis of human cervical carcinoma Hela cells,and its molecular mechanism may be associated with the up-regulating expression of P53 and down-regulating expression of Bcl-2 protein.
