四维超声诊断胎儿肢体畸形的应用探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨应用四维超声诊断胎儿肢体畸形的临床价值。方法选取于2013年2月至2014年2月来我院接受治疗的胎儿肢体畸形孕妇23例作为研究对象,均采用四维超声诊断方法,对其临床资料予以回顾性分析。结果 23例产妇经引产后证实四维超声诊断结果有21例符合,准确率为91.30%,其余2例分别为疑诊(手畸形)与漏诊(指、掌缺失),各占4.35%。其中,有8例胎儿肢体畸形为马蹄足内翻,6例为四肢短小,肢体缺如和多指、趾以及桡骨发育不良或缺失分别为2例,指、掌缺失和手畸形以及指重叠则分别为1例。经研究后发现,胎儿肢体畸形主要影响因素有遗传(染色体异常)、环境因素、羊水过多以及胎儿姿势等。结论应用四维超声来诊断胎儿肢体畸形准确率较高,值得临床推广。 Objective:To investigate the clinical value of application of four-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal limb deformity. Methods:In 2013 February to 2014 February in our hospital treated 23 cases of pregnant women of fetal limb deformity as the research object,adopt the method of four-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis,be a retrospective analysis of clinical data. Results:In the 23 cases confirmed by the induction of labor after 4D ultrasound diagnosis results of 21 cases met,the accuracy rate was 91.30%,the other 2 cases were suspected(hand deformity)and missed diagnosis(finger,palm deletion),each accounted for 4.35%. Among them,8 cases of fetal limb deformity for talipes equinovarus,6 cases with short limbs,absence and multi finger,toe and radial hypoplasia or absence of respectively 2 cases,palm,finger and hand deformity and lack of fingers were 1cases. After the research discovery,the main influence factors of fetal limb deformities genetic(chromosome abnormality),environmental factors,polyhydramnios and fetal position etc. Conclusion:The application of four-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal limb deformity rate of accuracy is high,is worth the clinical promotion.
