子宫内膜异位症是目前育龄期妇女的一种常见病。雌激素是女性生殖系统中最重要的激素之一,通过与雌激素受体结合而发挥作用。雌激素受体属于核受体家族的成员,分为ERα和ERβ两种。现就雌激素受体基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症发生发展的相关性进行综述。

Endometriosis is a common cause of childbearing years woman. Estrogen is one of the most important hormones in the female reproductive system,through the combined with estrogen receptors play a role. Estrogen receptor belongs to members of the nuclear receptor family,divided into two kinds of ER alpha and ER beta. Regarding the estrogen receptor gene polymorphism and occurrence and development of endometriosis correlation are reviewed.
