非小细胞肺癌的中西医分型分期相关性研究

TCM syndrome distribution of non-small cell lung cancer in different pathological type and clinical stage

目的了解非小细胞肺癌的西医分型分期与中医证候分布的关系,指导临床诊断治疗。方法选取符合入选标准的经病理学确诊为非小细胞肺癌共计383例,采用调查表形式,收集入选患者的临床资料,包括组织临床分期、病理类型和治疗前的中医证候情况等。结果Ⅰ期肺癌与Ⅲ期肺癌比较,中医证型分布有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅰ期肺癌与Ⅳ期肺癌比较,中医证型分布有统计学意义(P<0.01),Ⅱ期肺癌与Ⅲ、Ⅳ期肺癌比较,中医证型分布有统计学意义(均P<0.01),Ⅰ期肺癌与Ⅱ期肺癌比较,Ⅲ期肺癌与Ⅳ期肺癌比较,中医证型分布无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同病理类型肺癌的中医证型分别无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌TNM分期与患者中医证型分布有相关性,但是肺癌病理类型与中医证型分布无明显相关性。

Objective To investigate TCM syndrome distribution of non-small cell lung cancer and find its relationship with clinic stages and histopathological types to treat the diseases. Methods The 383 cases diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer were investigated by questionnaire. Clinical data of patients was collected,including clinical stages,histological type and syndromes of the diseases. Results Comparing in stage I,TCM syndrome distribution of the patients was statistically different in stage III lung cancer（ P〈0. 05） and statistically different in stage IV lung cancer.Comparing in stage II,TCM syndrome distribution of the patients was statistically different in stage III and IV lung cancer（ P〈0. 01）. TCM syndrome distribution of the patients was no big different in between stage III and IV（ P〈0. 01）.,and so was in between stage I and II（ P〉0. 05）. TCM syndrome distribution of the patients was no big different statistically in different pathological types（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion There is obvious correlation between TCM syndrome distribution of the patients and their clinical stages,but TCM syndrome distribution of the patients was no big different statistically in different pathological types.
