中药内服联合股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折

TCD combined with PFNA internal fixation in treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in aged patients

目的探讨中药内服联合股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定术治疗老年人股骨转子间骨折的疗效观察。方法老年股骨转子间骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各34例。治疗组采用中药内服联合PFNA治疗法,对照组仅采用PFNA手术治疗,比较2组患者术后临床疗效。结果治疗组患者肿胀消退时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组,Harris髋关节功能评分高于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组并发症发生率低于对照组,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药内服联合PFNA治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折,利于消除肿胀、骨折愈合时间短、并发症少。

Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of oral application of traditional Chinese drug（ TCD）combined with proximal femoral nail anti-rotation（ PFNA） internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in aged patients. Methods Sixty-eight aged patients with intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group. The patients were treated with combination of PFNA internal fixation with oral application of TCD in treatment group and PFNA internal fixation alone in control group respectively. The clinical therapeutic effect was compared between two groups. Results The swelling subsidence treatment time and fracture healing time in treatment group were less than that of control group,Harris scores of hip joint function were higher in treatment group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The complication rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the differences was no statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）.Conclusion The therapy of traditional Chinese drug combined with PFNA internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures among the aged patients can help to eliminate the limb swelling,shorten the fracture healing time,reduce complications and improve the hip joint function.
