蜈蚣加工炮制的研究进展

蜈蚣有很好的药用价值,作为中药使用已有悠久的历史。蜈蚣的加工炮制主要可分为加辅料和不加辅料两类,为减弱其毒性多炙焙后应用,常采用烘焙法。蜈蚣主要化学成分为组织胺样物质和溶血性蛋白质,此外尚含多种氨基酸、多种微量元素以及酶、糖类、脂肪酸等。蜈蚣有息风镇痉,攻毒散结和通络止痛之功效,主要用于治疗风湿顽痹和顽固性头痛等。现代中药药理研究表明,蜈蚣具有抗肿瘤、抗惊厥等多种药理作用,在临床上的应用广泛。通过归纳和探讨蜈蚣的炮制方法及作用、化学成分及其临床应用等方面的研究进展,提出应加强蜈蚣加工炮制的研究,为其更好的开发利用奠定基础。

The centipede has good medicinal value which is used as a traditional Chinese medicine for a long history.The concocted processing of centipede mainly can be divided into two categories,add accessories and no accessories.In order to weaken the toxicity,centipede should be roasted before application. Baking method is usually adopted. The main chemical compositions of the centipede are histamine-like substances and hemolytic proteins. In addition,it contains a variety of amino acids,trace elements and enzymes,carbohydrates,fatty acids,etc. The centipede has antispasmodic effect,detoxification and analgesic,mainly used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and intractable headache,etc. Modern pharmacology studies have shown that the centipede has anti-tumor,anti-convulsants and other pharmacological effects. Therefore,centipede is widely used in clinical practice. Through summing up and exploration of the centipede processing method,chemical composition,function and clinical application research progress. Research of centipede processing should be strengthened,lay a foundation for its better development and utilization.
