对近百年来关于《内经》治则的研究作一综述。治则为治疗疾病的法则或基本原则,可分为多个层次,层次高者可下统低者。治病求本之"本"有阴阳之气、证、证与病机结合及体质等新的含义,其应用当辨证或辨病与辨证结合。"标本"有先后病、病机主次、正邪、疾病因果、病因与症状等不同含义,其应用分标本先后与标本兼治。因势利导的具体应用涉及病位、病势、疾病周期、气机、正邪、天地人等诸多方面。

To review the researches about therapeutic principles in Canon of Medicine during recent one hundred years. The understanding of therapeutic principles is the rules or the basic principles of treatments for diseases. It is separated into several levels,in which the higher commands the lower. The＂Pathogenesis＂in the theory of＂Treatment aiming at its pathogenesis＂includes yin and yang,syndrome,the combination with pathogenesis and physical constitution,etc. The theory is applied for treatment based on syndrome differentiation or the combination of syndrome and disease differentiation.＂Manifestation and root cause＂includes the meanings of successive diseases,primary and secondary pathogenesis,vital qi and pathogen,causalities,causes and syndromes of disease. This theory is applied for treating manifestation and root cause of disease successively or simultaneously. The applications of treatment according to the general trend are about the location,trend,period of diseases,qi movement,vital qi and pathogen,nature,earth and human being and so on.
