摘要
对建筑垃圾(废混凝土)再生骨料的基本物理力学性质和不同配合比的建筑垃圾低强度(≤C7.5)CFG桩桩身材料试件强度进行了试验研究,结果表明:(1)建筑垃圾再生骨料可满足作为低强度CFG桩桩身材料的骨料要求;(2)建筑垃圾低强度CFG桩桩身材料早期强度较低,但28-90d龄期内的后期强度仍有一定增长;(3)建筑垃圾低强度CFG桩桩身材料中的粉煤灰掺量和粉煤灰取代水泥率可适当加大;(4)32.5复合硅酸盐水泥可用于强度等级小于C7.5的建筑垃圾CFG桩桩身材料中。
The basic physical and mechanical properties of the recycled aggregate from the construction waste( concrete) and the material strength of the construction waste low- strength( ≤C7. 5) CFG piles with different mix proportions have been tested in the laboratory. The result shows:( 1) The recycled aggregate is qualified to be the material of the low- strength CFG pile;( 2) the early strength of the construction waste low- strength CFG pile is relatively low,but there is an increase in the post strength at the period of 28 d - 90d;( 3) the proportion and the replacement rate of fly ash can be appropriately increased in the construction waste low- strength CFG pile;( 4) P. C 32. 5 cement can be used in construction waste low- strength( C7. 5) CFG piles.
