公共汽电车客运标志标准实施情况评估及分析

Evaluation and Analysis of the Implementation of Standards on Public Information Signs for Buses

本文采用乘客满意度调查、标准比对分析和实地调查等方法对DB11/T 657.3—2009的实施情况进行评估,分析北京市公共汽电车客运标志的现实需求以及该标准存在的问题,为标准的进一步修订完善提出了建议并被采纳。

Using the methods of passenger satisfaction survey, comparative analysis of standards and field investigation, this paper evaluates the standards implementation of DB11/T 657.3--2009, analyzes the practical needs on public information signs for Beijing＇s buses and the problems of the standards, and proposes suggestions for the standards revision.
