摘要
分析太阳模拟器光学特性对光伏电池/组件测量结果的影响,研究太阳模拟器校准技术和校准装置,参考采用IEC 60904-9:2007在全国率先起草DB35/T 1362—2013《太阳模拟器技术要求》。研制自然阳光辐照度测量装置,直射阳光辐照度测量技术达到国内光伏领域领先水平,为采用自然阳光校准太阳能电池/组件奠定了基本条件。
This paper analyzes the effect of optical properties of solar simulator on the measurement results of photovoltaic solar cells and modules, studies on the solar simulator calibration and calibration device and the drafting of DB35/T 1362-- 2013: Solar simulator technology requirements with reference to IEC 60904-9: 2007. Through the development of natural sunlight irradiance measurement device, the direct solar irradiance measurement technology has reached nationally advanced level in photovoltaic field, laying a basic condition for the use of natural sunlight calibration solar cells and modules.
