Research on the Relatedness of College Leaders' Physical Exercises to Their Occupational Qualities Using Fuzzy Clustering—Taking the college leaders in Jiangsu for example

在对江苏126所普通高校正职领导问卷调查的基础上,利用模糊聚类法探索高校领导职业素质与其体育锻炼的关联性.研究表明无论在学业期还是在职业期高校领导的体育锻炼对其心理、能力和意识均有着明显而积极地影响:体育锻炼频率高、时间长、强度强的高校领导有着更好的心理、能力和意识.

Based on the questionnaire survey on leaders from 126 colleges in Jiangsu province, this paper, using fuzzy clustering, explores the relatedness of these leaders＇ physical exercises to their occupational qualities. Findings indicate that physical exercises have apparent positive effect on their mentality, capacity and sensibility whether they are students at school or leaders at work. More frequently, longer hours and more difficult physical exerciseg lead to better mentality, capacity and sensibility.
