摘要
文章利用太阳能电池基本特性实验仪,研究光照强度对太阳能电池输出特性影响,实验结果表明:太阳能电池的开路电压和短路电流随光照强度变大而增大,光照强度变小,最大输出功率变小,而最佳负载电阻变大。
By using equipment of solar cells basic characteristic, the experiments of solar cells performance are tested under different light intensities. The results show that as light intensities increase, open voltage rise and short circuit current as well. It is also observed that light intensities decrease, the maximum output power decrease and the optimal load resistance increase.
