摘要
采用脉冲法测量了搅拌反应器中的流体停留时间分布(RTD),讨论了流体温度变化对停留时间分布的统计特征值及流动模型参数的影响。当实验过程中流体温度升高(或变化),将导致电导率基线发生漂移。实验数据处理发现,这种基线漂移会加大停留时间分布的计算偏差,进一步影响模型参数的计算正确性和反应器设计。消除基线漂移的影响对获得正确的计算结果具有积极作用。
The pulse method was adopted to measure fluid's residence time distribution( RTD) in agitation reactor. The temperature change's influences on RTD's statistical characteristic value and the fluid model parameters were discussed to show that,the temperature's rise or variation would result in conductivity baseline drift which can increase the error in calculating RTD and it further influences both model parameters and reactor design. Removing the baseline drift's influence on the calculation results has positive role.
