摘要
由于传统时频分析方法难以有效提取阀片的调频故障信号,因此提出基于分数阶傅立叶变换的往复压缩机阀片故障诊断方法。首先对含噪声的LFM信号进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明,分数阶傅立叶变换不仅可以有效地提取信号的频率特征,而且还具有自降噪功能;然后将分数阶傅立叶变换应用到阀片故障诊断中,由此可以看出,不同阀片故障对应不同的特征参量,从而实现了往复压缩机阀片故障的定量诊断。
Considering the fact that traditional time-frequency analysis method fails to extract valve's FM fault signal effectively,the fractional Fourier transform-based valve fault diagnosis method for reciprocating compressors was proposed. Simulation analysis of the noise-containing LFM signals shows that the fractional Fourier transform can extract signal frequency characteristics and reduce noises. Applying it to the valve fault diagnosis indicates that different valve faults have their individual characteristic parameters. This has the quantitative diagnosis of the reciprocating compressor's valve fault realized.
