Staggered Joint Assessment for Pressure Vessels Based on Electrometric Method and Ansys

利用电测法和有限元分析法对筒体和封头的错边结构进行应力分析和强度评定,两种方法的计算结果趋于一致,证明了两种方法的可靠性,为压力容器的安全运行提供参考依据。

Both electrometric method and finite element analysis were adopted to analyze the stress and to assess the strength of the staggered joint of both cylinder barrel and head. The results show that this two method＇s calculation results tend to consistency to provide the reference for safety run of vessels.
