拔管前漏气试验在机械通气患者中的应用 被引量:3

Application of air leakage test before extubation in patients with mechanical ventilation

摘要 经口气管插管机械通气是重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)一项重要的呼吸治疗和支持措施。缺氧、酸中毒及插管本身的局部压迫会引起气道局部炎症、水肿,导致已具备脱机指征的患者在拔管后出现喘鸣等上气道阻塞(upper airway obstruction,UAO)症状,严重者需重新经口气管插管,增加了住院时间、治疗费用及呼吸机相关并发症的发生率[1,2]。
