HIF-1在血管形成及相关性血管疾病中作用的研究现状 被引量:2

Advance research of effects of Hypoxia-inducible Factor-1 on vascularization and related vascular diseases

摘要 在缺血情况下,组织细胞处于低氧状态,低氧诱导因子1(hypoxia-inducible factor 1,HIF-1)转录激活,其下游数百个靶基因相继激活,从而引发一系列相互协同的促血管生成反应。本综述将着重介绍HIF-1的生物学特征,HIF-1在血管形成中的关键调节作用以及HIF-1相关性血管疾病。 In the case of ischemia, tissues and cells are often in hypoxic condition. Hypoxia of tissues and ceils can promote transcription and activation of hypoxia-inducible factor 1 (HIF-1). HIF-1 can activate hundreds of target genes of its downstream and trigger a series of mutually synergistic angiogenic responses. In this review, we will describe biological characteristics of HIF- l, the key role of HIF- 1 in the regulation of angiogenesis, and HIF-1-related vascular disease.
