低温等离子刀联合匹多莫德治疗小儿喉乳头状瘤的疗效分析

Efficacy of low-temperature plasma cutter combined with pidotimod on pediatric laryngeal papilloma

目的观察低温等离子刀联合匹多莫德治疗小儿喉乳头状瘤的临床效果。方法对小儿喉乳头状瘤21例(69例次)完整随访病历资料进行分析。根据治疗方法将患者分为CO_2激光切除联合匹多莫德组(A组)34例次及低温等离子联合匹多莫德组(B组)35例次。比较2组治疗后患儿肿瘤复发情况及复发时间。结果 2组复发曲线之间无交叉,具有可比性。A组治疗喉乳头状瘤后复发率高于B组(P<0.05)。A组复发时间短于B组(P<0.01)。结论低温等离子刀联合匹多莫德治疗小儿乳头状瘤,能够有效延长肿物复发时间,效果较好,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of low-temperature plasma cutter combined with pidotimod for pediatric laryngeal papilloma.Methods Twenty-one cases（69 times）of pediatric laryngeal papilloma who had complete follow-up medical records were retrospectively analyzed. According to the treatment method,the patients were divided into CO 2 laser microsurgery combined with pidotimod（group A,n = 34）and low-temperature plasma cutter combined with pidotimod group （group B,n = 35 ）.The tumor recurrence and the time to recurrence were compared after treatment between two groups.Results There was no crossing in relapse curve between two groups,which proved comparable.The recurrence rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B （P 〈0.05）,the tumor recurrence time of group A was significantly shorter than that of group B（P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion Low-temperature plasma cutter combined with pidotimod for pediatric laryngeal papilloma can effectively extend tumor recurrence time and acquire good treatment effect and it is worth promotion in clinical application.
