摘要
该文研究了水分散型阳离子聚丙烯酰胺双元助留助滤体系在国废浆料造纸中的留着及滤水性能.研究结果表明:采用水分散聚合方法合成的双元助留助滤体系,由于独特的合成工艺,使其具有相对分子质量分布窄、溶解速度快等特性,在提高纸浆的留着率及滤水性能的同时,能提供稳定的阳离子电荷,适用于处理富含阴离子垃圾的纸浆,降低网下白水浓度,提高白水的回用率.
In this manuscript, cationic polyacrylamide dispersions are used to construct the two-component retention/ drainage system to investigate its retention and drainage performance for waste paper pulp. The results indicated that cationic polyacrylamide derivated from dispersion polymerization possessed narrow macromolecular distribution and rapid dissolution rate. Moreover, the cationic polyacrylamide dispersions can provide much more cationic charge compared with the common products on current market. This fact facilitates its application for paper pulp with amounts of anionic trash. In addition, the cationic polyacrylamide dispersions can efficiently decrease the white water consistency. In the meanwhile, the paper performance can also be elevated.
