摘要
德州实华化工有限公司新增15万t/a离子膜法烧碱生产装置,并充分利用旧有装置,对配套系统盐水工序、氯气处理工序进行改造。对技改中出现的问题提出了相应的解决方案。
Dezhou Shihua Chemical Industry Co. , Ltd. added a production device of 150-kt/a ion- exchange membrane caustic soda. Old devices were used fully. The brine process and chlorine handling process supporting the newly added device were transformed. Solutions were proposed in order to solve the problems occurred in the transformation.
