十八大明确指出,"要把金融消费者权益保护放在更加突出位置"。金融消费权益保护日益成为社会热点,本文以少数民族较多的贵港市为视角,从金融消费者、金融机构、监管三个层面入手,探讨启动少数民族地区金融消费者权益保护工作的有效措施。

The eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out＂ put the finan-cial consumer protection in a more prominent position＂. The financial consumer rights protection is increasingly becom-ing the social hot spot. Taking the ethnic minorities of Guigang City as an example,the paper explores effective mea-sures for starting financial consumer protection work in minority areas from three aspects of financial consumers,finan-cial institutions,financial supervision.
