浅析农商行流程银行建设的路径选择和框架——基于太仓农商行流程银行改革的实践

Analyze on Framework and Path Choosing of Rural Commercial Banks' Setting up Process Bank

流程银行管理模式已成为国际银行业的主流经管模式,也正成为我国大中型商业银行改革转型的方向,为农商行的发展创新提供了借鉴和指引。本文结合农商行的优劣势及面临的机遇与挑战,尝试分析了农商行开展流程银行建设的实施步骤和路径选择,最后得出了农商行流程银行建设的总体框架。

The process bank management mode has become the mainstream of international banking manage-ment,it also has become the direction of reform and transition of Chinese large and medium-sized commercial banks,it provides reference and guidance for the development and innovation of process bank setting–up for rural commer-cial banks as well. All the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of rural commercial banks areconsidered,this paper tries to analyze the path choosing and implementation steps of the process bank setting-up forrural commercial banks. Finally,the overall framework of rural commercial banks＇ process bank setting-up is conclud-ed.
