房地产对经济增长和产业链的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Real Estate on Economic Growth and Industrial Chain

作为国民经济的重要组成部门,房地产对宏观经济的影响一直备受关注。分析结果表明,房地产业通过产业链带动相关行业迅速发展,但其它行业却在投入和消费两端受到抑制,房地产业对其它行业固定资产投资的挤出效应始终存在,同时对劳动力的吸纳作用也有限。在房地产投资持续下滑的情况下,我们须对当前经济的"新常态"保持清醒的认识,树立正确的房地产投资观念,加速推进产业结构转型升级,加大措施降低实体经济融资成本,引导资金流向实体经济。

As an important sector of the national economy,real estate has great impact on the macro economy.The analysis results show that the real estate industry through the industry chain drive the rapid development of relatedindustries,but other industries on both ends of investment and consumption is restrained,the real estate industry hasa crowding-out effects to other industries in fixed assets,at the same time its labor absorption effect is limited. Underthe condition of the real estate investment＇s declining,we must stay awake＂new normal＂of the current economy,es-tablish a correct concept of real estate investment,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,and strengthen measures to reduce the financing cost of real economy,and guide capital flow to the entity economy.
