多中心自动复律除颤器植入试验系列研究及其启示

摘要 MADIT系列研究为多中心自动复律除颤器植入试验系列研究,包括MADIT I、MADIT II、MADIT-CRT、MADIT II长期随访、MADIT-RIT和MADIT-CRT长期随访。MADIT I、MADIT II及MADIT II长期随访研究证实了ICD一级预防的疗效。MADIT-CRT和MADIT-CRT长期随访研究表明短期和长期的CRT-D治疗均可降低患者死亡率,且优于单纯ICD治疗。MADIT-RIT研究表明对于ICD一级预防患者,正确程控ICD参数可明显降低ICD不恰当治疗的发生率。
