摘要
目的自主研发适用于大鼠等小动物的迷走神经刺激(VNS)仪,并运用该仪器探索VNS对心力衰竭大鼠的作用。方法自主设计研发由带电荷补偿的刺激模块及2.4G无线收发控制模块组成的植入式刺激仪,24只大鼠随机分为刺激组、假刺激组和假手术组,刺激组和假刺激组植入自主研发的VNS仪,刺激组开启VNS 6周,假刺激组不开启刺激,6周后检测各组心率,左室射血分数(LVEF),左室舒张未期内径(LVEDD),左室收缩未期内径(LVESD)。结果刺激组较假刺激组LVEF明显提升[(0.37±0.08)vs(0.27±0.06),P<0.05],心率则明显下降[(393±12)次/分vs(426±32)次/分,P<0.05],而LVEDD、LVESD无差异。结论自主研发的微型VNS仪可以有效地刺激迷走神经,降低心力衰竭大鼠心率,提高其LVEF。
Objective To develop a miniature vagus nerve stimulate (VNS) device applied to rats, and to explore the effect of this device on heart failure in rats. Methods We designed and developed the implantable stimulator which was composed of a stimulate module with charge compensation and a 2.4G wireless receiving, transmitting, controlling module. 24 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: VNS group, sham-VNS group and sham-operation group, VNS devices were implanted into VNS and sham-VNS group rats, VNS was performed in VNS group rats for 6 weeks. Six weeks later,left ven- tricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and heart rate were detected among these 3 groups. Results The LVEF of VNS group increased significantly compared with sham-VNS group [ (0.37±0.08) vs (0.27±0.06) ,P〈0.05 ] , heart rate of VNS group decreased significantly compared with sham-VNS group[ (393±12) bpm vs (426±32) bpm,P〈0.05) ]. Conclusion The self-developed miniature vagus nerve stimulator could effectively stimulate the vagus nerve, reduce heart rate of rats with heart failure, and improve their LVEF.
