心肌缺血时离子分子的变化与室性心律失常 被引量:1

摘要 心脏的电活动是由动作电位的产生形成的,而动作电位的形成是由各离子流内流和外流产生的,当心肌缺血时,由于心肌细胞内外环境的变化,使得各离子流,分子特性发生变化,而且这种变化在心肌不同部位是不一致的,使得各部位的动作电位形态、振幅、时程的变化程度都不一样,形成了电的异质性,故产生自律性增高或折返,发生室性心律失常。由于各离子流是互相作用,互相影响的,目前研究由于"方法"所限,揭示的是以某个离子流为特征变化引起的室性心律失常,其具体的启动机制仍不清楚,要弄清楚各离子流是怎样整体协调、整体变化而发生室性心律失常的,应从"整体"上加以研究。
