心房颤动冷冻球囊消融术中发生膈神经损伤二例 被引量:8

摘要 2例阵发性心房颤动患者,男女各1例,年龄分别为51、59岁,在行冷冻球囊消融术中出现膈神经损伤。1例患者3个月左右膈肌活动开始逐渐恢复,症状基本消失,5个月左右膈肌活动基本恢复正常;另1例患者术后72 h膈肌活动完全恢复正常。
