摘要
本文对民乐县实施小型农田水利重点县项目的建成情况、运行效益以及项目实施的主要经验与做法进行了简要介绍,并就存在问题进行了分析,给出了解决问题的思路。
The completion condition and operation benefits of small-scale farmland water conservancy key county projects implemented in Minle County,as well as the main experience and methods of project implementation are briefly introduced.Problems thereof are analyzed for providing ideas to solve the problem.
