摘要
目的对某化工有限公司涂料生产新建项目的职业病危害进行预评价。方法采用类比法、检查表法和综合分析法等对该建设项目进行评价,确定其可能产生的主要职业病危害因素并进行定性和定量分析,对拟采取的职业病危害防护措施进行分析和评价。结果经类比调查生产过程存在的职业病危害因素主要有化学毒物(苯、甲苯、二甲苯、二异氰酸甲苯酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、正己烷)、粉尘、噪声等,类比检测结果:合成车间10#反应釜投料口的乙酸乙酯短时间接触浓度达360.4 mg/m3,超过规定的容许浓度;其余各检测点结果均未超标。结论本项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目。在认真落实职业病危害管理措施和防护设施的情况下,可达到预防和控制职业病危害的目的。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards for the newly - built project of paint produc- tion. Methods The methods of analogies, check list , and overall analysis were applied to evaluate the construction pro- ject. Potential occupational hazards were confirmed and quantitative analysis was carried out. The occupational protection strategies and facilities were also assessed. Results The main risk factors existed in the construction project were benzene, toluene , xylene , toluene di -isocyanate , ethyl acetate , butyl acetate , n- hexane, dust and noise. Analogy detection results : the short time exposure limit (STEL) of acetic ether was 360.4 mg/m^3 at 10# reactor inlet of synthesis workshop, exceeding the national occupational exposure limits. No other risk factors were detected to surpass the national lim- its. Conclusion The project is a serious occupational hazard project. The occupational diseases should be prevented and controlled if all the occupational health managements and facilities are carefully carried out.
