某水泥粉磨生产线项目职业病危害因素检测结果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨水泥粉末生产线项目职业病危害的关键控制点,评价其职业病危害程度及防护措施的效果。方法通过对该项目职业病危害因素的检测,采用现场调查法、检查表法、检测检验法等相结合的方法,分析和确定该项目在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素的种类和产生的主要环节。结果该水泥生产项目主要职业病危害因素为生产性粉尘(矽尘、水泥尘、其他粉尘、石灰石尘)和噪声。本次分析评价共测粉尘作业点22个,只有2个作业点粉尘超限倍数超标,合格率为90.91%;共检测粉尘作业岗位4个,仅1个岗位不合格,合格率为75.00%;检测5个工作岗位的噪声强度,合格率为80.00%。结论该水泥粉末生产线项目生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素通过采取综合防治措施,对劳动者健康的不良影响是可以控制的。 Objective To find out the key control points of occupational hazards and evaluate the occupational disease haz- ard degree and the effect of occupational hazard protective measures. Methods The types of the occupational - disease - inductive factors and the main links in the process of production were analyzed and determined by the field investigation, checklist and detection. Results Main occupational - disease - inductive factors of the cement production were industrial dust ( silica dust, limestone, cement dust and other dust) and noise. In this study, a total of 22 dust operating points were analyzed and evaluated and only 2 operating points (dust overrun multiple)exceeded the national standards, the qualified rate was 90. 91% ;Four dust work posts were detected and only one post was unqualified, the qualified rate was 75.00%. The noise intensity of 5 jobs were detected, qualified rate was 80. 00%. Conclusion Occupational - disease - inductive factors on workers, health in the cement powder production process can be controlled by adopting comprehensive prevention and control measures.
