摘要
目的识别和分析某粮食码头可能产生的职业病危害因素,预测其危害程度,找出职业病危害的关键控制点。方法通过类比法、经验法和综合分析法等方法进行评价。结果粮食码头在生产过程中可能存在的职业病危害因素有谷物粉尘、噪声、高温等。类比企业的检测结果表明:粉尘的短时间接触浓度为0.7~45.0 mg/m3、超标率为23.3%;个体时间加权浓度为2.2~8.7 mg/m3,超标率为66.7%。输送机械工接触噪声8 h等效声级为88.7~92.2 d B,超出职业接触限值的要求。高温和工频电磁场的检测结果均符合国家职业接触限值的要求。结论粮食码头项目的主要危害因素是粉尘、噪声,应从职业病危害发生的关键控制点加强防治工作。
Objective To ldentily and analyze the occupational risk factors possibly exlsted m me gram terminal, forecast the harm degree, find out the key control points. Methods The project was evaluated by analogy method, analogy method, experience method and comprehensive analysis method. Results Occupational risk factors in the grain terminal included grain dust, noise and high temperature. The detection results of analog enterprises showed short time contact con- centration of the dust was 0.7 - 45.0 mg,/m^3 , and the exceeding rate was 23.3% , the individual time weighted concentra- tion was 2. 2 -8.7 mg./m^3 , and the exceeding rate was 66. 7%. Conveying machinery industry 8 h contact noise equivalent sound level was 88.7 - 92. 2 dB, over the occupational exposure limit value. Detection results of high temperature and e- lectromagnetic field were in line with the requirements of the national occupational allowable exposure limits. Conclusion The main risk factors in the grain wharf project are dust and noise, the key control points of occupational hazards should be stren^hened to prevent and control.
