摘要
目的识别某化工储运有限公司化工品码头及库区工程在生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素,分析其对劳动者的危害,对其采取的职业病危害防护措施效果进行评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、工程分析、职业病危害因素检测、检查表分析法等方法对该项目进行定量定性分析和评价。结果该建设项目在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素有化学毒物(苯、甲苯、二甲苯、溶剂汽油、乙酸丁酯、氨、硫化氢、锰及其化合物)、噪声、高温、工频电磁场等。检测结果表明:化学毒物、工频电磁场的检测结果均符合国家卫生标准要求。检测噪声22个检测点,噪声强度为44.9~105.2 d B(A),有2个检测点的噪声强度超标;工作场所的综合温度(WBGT指数)范围为23.1~33.9℃,符合国家职业接触限值的要求。结论该项目属职业病危害严重的建设项目。综合各方面分析,在确保各类防护设施有效运行、保证生产设备正常运转的情况下,该项目在职业病危害控制方面是可行的。
Objective To identify occupational risk factors existed in the production process of chemicals terminal and res- ervoir of the chemical storage company, analyze the harm to the workers and evaluate the protective measures taken against the occupational diseases. Methods The engineering was evaluated with the methods of occupational health field investiga- tion, engineering analysis, detection and checklist. Results The occupational hazards existed in the production process were chemical poisons (benzene, toluene, xylene, gasoline, butyl acetate, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, manganese and its compounds) , noise, high temperature and power frequency electromagnetic field. Detection results showed that the concen- trations or intensities of toxic chemicals and power frequency electromagnetic field were in accord with the national hygiene standards. Two noise points in the 22 points were detected to exceed the national allowable limits , noise intensities ranged from 44. 9 dB (A) to 105.2 dB ( A ). The comprehensive temperature in the workplace ( WBGT index) ranged from 23. I^C to 33.9℃, complying with the requirements of national occupational allowable limits. Conclusion The harm of occupational diseases in the project is serious. After synthetical analysis of various aspects, occupational hazards control in the project is feasible , on the condition of effective operations of protective measures and production equipments.
