赏识教育在6~12岁儿童静脉输液中的应用 被引量:2

Application of appreciation education in intravenous infusion among the children aged 6- 12 years

摘要 目的探讨赏识教育在6-12岁儿童静脉输液中的应用。方法选取6-12岁静脉输液儿童100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规静脉输液操作,观察组在对照组基础上给予赏识教育。对两组穿刺成功率、疼痛、恐惧情况、家长满意度进行观察。结果观察组一次穿刺成功率为94.O%,显著高于对照组的82.0%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组疼痛评分为(2.894±0.25)分,显著低于对照组的(5.36±0.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组恐惧程度明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组家长满意度为96.0%,显著性高于对照组的80.O%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论6~12岁儿童静脉输液中给予赏识教育,可显著提高穿刺成功率,减轻儿童疼痛与恐惧,提高家长满意度,值得推广。 Objective To investigate application efficacy of appreciation education in intravenous infusion among children aged 6 - 12 years. Methods 100 cases of 6 - 12 agel00 cases aged 6 - 12 years treated with intravenous infusion were divided into observation group and control group with random number method, each group 50 cases. Children in control group were given conventional intravenous infusion operations, and children in observation group were given appreciation education based on the control group. The puncture success rate, pain, fear, parent satisfaction of the two groups was observed. Results The first puncture success rate of the observation group was 94. 0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group ( 82.0% ), the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; The pain score of observa- tion group was (2. 89 ±0. 25), which was significantly lower than control group (5. 36±0. 32), the difference was statisti- cally significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; The fear degree of the observation group was significantly lighter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 O. 05 ) ; The parent satisfaction of the observation group was 96. 0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group ( 80. 0% ), the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Children aged 6 - 12 years treated with intravenous infusion, appreciation education can significantly increase the puncture success rate, it can reduce the pain and fear, improve the parents degree of satisfaction. ItS worthy of promotion.
