晚清吐鲁番协理台吉

Turpan Tusalaqci in the late Qing Dynasty

文章利用新近影印出版的《清代新疆档案选辑》等档案资料论述了晚清吐鲁番台吉的基本情况,指出《新疆图志》将帮办台吉与图萨拉克齐并列记载的错误,实乃不谙帮办即为蒙文tusalqaci(图萨拉克齐),亦即所谓的协理台吉。光绪初年,郡王未归,迈引、哎不拉两位台吉代理郡王职责,成为当地官府承办各种军需差务与战后重建的重要依靠力量。

This paper talked about the xieli taiji （tusalaqci） of Turpan in the late Qing Dynasty with the help of the newly published photocopy The Selection File of Xinjiang in the Qing Dynasty and pointed out the mistake in Xinjiang Atlas in which Bangban taiji and tusalaqˇci are recorded in parallel. Bangban taiji is in fact the Mongolian word tusalaqˇci. in 1874, when Turpan was just recovered, the local government mainly relied on two taijis — Meni and Qabzˉat to solve various important issues as the Turpan prefecture prince did not return yet. They played important roles in restoring the social production.
