摘要
自治区目前对全疆少数民族双语音乐教师展开第二期的培训,然而双语音乐教师仍然存在汉语水平偏低、专业素养不高、汉语教学能力偏弱等问题,文章从双语音乐教师培训思路、目标、内容、方式等方面对其培训模式进行深入解析与探究,以期培养出"高素质、高质量"的双语音乐教师。
Xinjiang government has launched a second round of ethnic minority bilingual music teacher training, but the teachers are still poor in Chinese, low in professional quality, and weak in Chinese teaching. This paper analyzed the approaches, aims, contents, methods of music teacher training and made four proposals: to strengthen beliefs, to improve Chinese proficiency, to expand professional knowledge and to improve Chinese teaching competence.
