苍南县桥墩水库防洪调度方案应用研究

Study of applying flood control scheduling plan in Qiaodun Reservoir of Cangnan County

在防御历次暴雨洪水过程中,桥墩水库与该流域的吴家园等中小型水库和朱家站等水闸充分发挥了调蓄排涝作用,或提前预泄、或调洪错峰、或有力削峰,大大减轻了洪水对下游特别是苍南县城的威胁,有效保护了人民群众生命安全和国家财产安全。桥墩水库等水利骨干工程在调控洪水中发挥了重要作用,产生了巨大的经济和社会效益。

Medium and small reservoirs such as Qiaodun Reservoir and Wujiayuan Reservoir,Zhujiazhan and other gates in the region fully play storage regulation and drainage roles in withstanding previous heavy rain floods. Water can be drained in advance,or flood can be regulation for staggering peak,or peak can be forcibly weakened,thereby greatly reducing the threat of flood on downstream part especially Cangnan County. Life safety and national finance safety of the mass can be effectively protected. Qiaodun Reservoir and other water conservancy backbone projects play important role in flood control,thereby producing huge economic and social benefits.
