围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者采用妈富隆对其治疗的效果分析

Effect analysis of marvelon in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的研究和探讨围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片(妈富隆)对其治疗的效果。方法随机抽取74例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的患者作为本次研究对象,按随机双盲法分为观察组与对照组,每组37例。两组患者均采取刮宫治疗,在此基础上,给予对照组患者甲羟孕酮片进行治疗,给予观察组患者妈富隆进行治疗,治疗后比较两组患者的治疗效果,同时比较两组患者雌二醇、卵泡刺激素等各项水平值。结果观察组痊愈率94.6%明显高于对照组的73.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后雌二醇、卵泡刺激素等各项水平值明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用妈富隆对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者进行治疗,疗效较好,且不良反应少值得在临床上进行推广应用。

Objective To research and investigate the curative effect of desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets （marvelon） in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods There were 74 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding as the study subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group With 37 cases in each group by random double blind method. Both groups received uterine apoxesis for treatment. The control group received medroxyprogesterone tablets, and the observation group received marvelon. Comparisons after treatment were made on curative effects, and levels of estradiol and follicle-stimulating hormone. Results The observation group had higher cure rate as 94.6% than 73.0% of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. After treatment, levels of estradiol and follicle-stimulating hormone were higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Implement of marvelon provides good effect and few adverse reactions in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
