临床输血不良反应的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of adverse reactions in clinical blood transfusion

目的对临床上输血导致不良反应的资料进行回顾分析,寻找有效降低此类不良反应的措施。方法对4853例住院输血患者的资料进行统计分析。结果在4853例患者中,发生不良反应84例,不良反应发生率为1.73%,主要的表现为过敏反应和发热反应,其中发生过敏反应51例,占不良反应总人数60.71%,主要是输注血浆引起的;发热反应29例,占34.52%,主要是输注红细胞引起的;负荷过重的1例;占1.19%;其他反应3例,占3.57%。结论在临床上要密切观察输注的整个过程,特别是有妊娠史或输血史患者的输血,从而降低输血不良反应的发生率。

Objective To retrospectively analyze data of adverse reactions in clinical blood transfusion, and to find effective measures to reduce the adverse reactions. Methods Statistical analysis was made on the data of 4853 patients for blood transfusion. Results Among the 4853 patients, there were 84 cases with adverse reactions, and the adverse reactions rate was 1.73%. The main manifestations included irritability and exothermic reaction. There were 51 cases with irritability reaction, which accounted for 60.71%, and their main cause was plasma transfusion. There were 29 cases with exothermic reaction, which accounted for 34.52%, and the main cause was erythrocyte transfusion. There was 1 case of overload as 1.19%, and 3 cases of other reactions as 3.57%. Conclusion The whole process of transfusion should be observed closely, especially for patients with history of gestation and blood transfusion, so as to reduce the incidence of blood transfusion adverse reactions.
