摘要胫骨平台骨折（fracture of tibial plateau）是膝关节创伤中最常见的骨折之一,是典型的关节内骨折,其处理与预后将对膝关节功能产生很大的影响。既往采取的大切口手术,由于对膝关节周围的组织创伤较大,而且对关节腔内其他结构的损伤也不易处理等缺陷[1],容易导致膝关节的早期退变和关节活动受限等不良后果,严重影响膝关节功能的恢复。
