On Human Urbanization and Its Significance

人的城镇化是新型城镇化的核心,这里的"人"既是城镇化的主体,也是城镇化建设的价值标准和最终目标。人的城镇化实现了人们生产生活方式、思维方式、价值观念等生存和发展状态的根本变化,它与物的城镇化、人口城镇化、新型城镇化有着内在联系和本质区别。在我国现阶段,加快推进人的城镇化,是扩大内需而立足长远的战略选择,对推进发展转型升级和促进"新四化"间的深度融合具有重大意义。

Human urbanization is the core of new pattern of urbanization. Human is the subject,value criterion and final goal of urbanization. Human urbanization will essentially change the existence and developing state of human in patterns of production,living,thinking and valuable. Human urbanization has the inherent connections and essential differences from population urbanization,new pattern of urbanization,material urbanization. In current stage,it is significant to promote the process of human urbanization in the strategic choice by boosting domestic demand and basing on the long- term,in advancing the development of transformation and upgrading and in the depth of the fusion development of the different facets of the four- new- modernizations.
