摘要
通过对铜陵市城乡居民基本医疗保险整合工作及运行情况的分析,从实践层面探讨新型农村合作医疗制度和城镇居民基本医疗保险制度并轨后由人社部门统一经办的优势,对人社部门经办城乡居民医疗保险后,进一步完善政策、管理,提出建议。
This paper analyzes the situation of integrating urban and rural basic medical insurance in Tongling. In the perspective of practice, it also discusses the advantage of integrating the New Rural Cooperative Medical Care System and the basic medical insurance for unban residents into the Department of Human Resources and Social Security. After then, it proposes improving policy and management methods for the related departments.
