Taking the project of national synthetically reform testing district as a platform, to speed up the capability of professional serving industry in higher vocational colleges, the library changed idea, made full use of library resources, modern equipment, human resources with professional qualities and skills, provide convenient, fast, effective and open service to the enterprise, the district government and residents.
