职业技能竞赛,近年来备受各个院校、企业的青睐,无论中职院校还是高职院校,职业技能竞赛已经成为一种常态。在目前的各级职业技能竞赛中,中职、高职专业类覆盖面超过了80%,并且形成一种从院系级别逐步衔接到全国级别、世界级别的模式,竞赛的组织和管理也在逐步完善和改进。技能竞赛的开展,对教学、对企业、对院校、对学生等多个方面,都有很多积极的促进意义。职业技能竞赛怎样从"以人为本"的角度出发,让更多热爱比赛的学生和选手参加,提升比赛成果,应该成为我们持续思考的一个问题。
