摘要
作为桥梁施工中的重要机械,移动模架的安全可靠对桥梁施工而言是至关重要的。如何实现对移动模架运行状态的实时监控是预防其发生事故的一项重要内容。根据移动模架的施工流程,采用了Zigbee无线通讯技术,设计了一种基于PLC的移动模架运行状态安全监控系统,成功应用于岳阳某工地,对移动模架的安全操作发挥了重要作用。
As significant machinery in bridge construction,the security and reliability of moveable formwork is crucial. Real time monitoring of moveable formwork operating state is an important part to prevent accidents.According to the construction process of moveable formwork,with Zigbee wireless communication technology applied,moveable formwork security monitoring system based on PLC has been designed and applied in one construction site in Luoyang,which plays an important role in moveable formwork safe operation.
