摘要
通过对世界上第一座波形钢腹板工字梁桥曾宇川桥进行剪切荷载试验、弯曲荷载试验、冲压剪切试验、实桥荷载试验等,验证了波形钢腹板PC工字梁抗剪由波形钢腹板承担、抗弯由混凝土顶底板承担的结论,证明了轮荷载作用下实桥波形钢板上方混凝土板抵抗冲剪破坏有足够的安全储备,确认了桥梁设计时预想的横向分布与运营的安全性。
Through taking tests,such as shear load tests,load tests bending,punching shear test and real bridge load tests on the world's first corrugated steel web H- beam bridge Zeng Yu Chuan bridge,the conclusion of the corrugated steel web PC H beam anti- shear is borne by corrugated steel web and bending resistance is borne by the concrete roof and floor are verified. The tests also proved that there are enough safety reserve for concrete slab above corrugated steel bridge to resist punching damage under wheel load,and confirmed the preconceived lateral distribution and operation safety when design the bridge.
