基于动态剪切试验的灌缝材料高温性能研究

摘要 在高温环境下,灌缝材料表现出明显的塑性流动,在行车荷载不断的剪切作用下易发生灌缝失效,为避免此情况,灌缝材料应具有良好的高温稳定性。通过动态剪切试验对六种典型灌缝材料的复数剪切模量、相位角和车辙因子进行了分析,评价了其高温性能。结果表明:在六种灌缝材料中,20%橡胶沥青的高温性能最好,灌缝胶A的高温性能最差。 In the high- temperature environment,crack sealant shows obvious plastic flow,and crack pouring failure occurs easily under the continuous shear effect of traffic load,in order to avoid this situation,the crack sealant should have good high- temperature stability. The complex shear modulus,phase angle and rut factor of six kinds of typical crack sealant were analyzed by dynamic shear test,the high- temperature performance was evaluated. The results show that: In the six kinds of crack sealant,the high- temperature performance of asphalt with 20% rubber is the best,the high- temperature performance of crack sealant A is the worst.
