中国农业知识产权保护存在的问题及对策

Problems and Measurements of China Agricultural Intellectual Property Right Protection

中国人对农业知识产权普遍地存在认识淡薄,因此,在农业贸易中由于对农业知识产权重视不够而致使自己遭受利益的损害。本文阐述了中国农业知识产权保护制度在国际贸易中的重大意义,并与外国农业知识产权保护制度进行横向对比,进而分析了我国农业产权保护存在的问题并对问题产生的原因进行探析,从而提出了加强中国农业知识产权保护的应对之策。

Chinese intellectual property of agriculture exist generally consciousness in Chinese people＇s heart, so when they ex- change with foreign countries in the agricultural product trade they suffer the loss of the interest of their intellectual property of agriculture due to Ignorance of the importance of agricultural intellectual property. This paper describes the significance of Chi- na agricultural protection system of agriculture intellectual property rights in the international trade and analyzes the existing problems of agricultural property right protection in China and the causes of the problem comparing with the system of intellec- tual property rights protection of foreign agriculture. It puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen protection of agricul- tura intellectual property rights in China.
